| * | to avoid improper use and to register performance the interviewer first has to enter his entry code; |
| * | the interviewer only sees three windows on the screen: one with the question text, one with the answer categories and one for the answer. Should a text not fit into one screen, then the interviewer can enlarge this window or he can browse through the text with the 'page up' and 'page down' keys; |
| * | at any time it is possible to go back one or more questions, to interrupt the questionnaire and, if necessary, make an appointment to finish it later on; |

if the CATI option is installed, IT-Agent also manages the telephone number database, sends telephone numbers to the screen, keeps appointments and indicates whether a telephone number is busy or not answered. At the right time the number will reappear on the screen to keep the appointment or to try again; |
| * | quota checking is provided before and during interviews. Interlocking quotas may be specified, for instance Under 45/Women/Suburban; |
| * | you can also have IT-Agent record the interviewing time, the date, the interviewer, and such, per call. |
| * | with the Windows and Web version you can play sounds and movies and show graphics. |
