Andre Smit holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. He founded Desan Research Solutions in 1986 after having worked for several market research organizations in the Netherlands. DESAN was based on the idea that the PC should be central in collecting data to make the process as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
  After having made DESAN one of the most successful data collection companies in the Netherlands he decided to combine his knowledge of research and of IT and to dedicate himself entirely to Interview Technology.

Bob van Steijnen. Head of support.
Bob van Steijnen has more than ten years of experience in working with IT. In the beginning of his career at DESAN he started using IT as an internal end user. Later he became the major source of support for external end users and now he is leading our support team.
